procedure manual for Carekeeper software to improve the use of the
application at Jewish Family Services. Analyzed the billing portion of the
software and developed recommendations for the implementation of an
interface to improve data transfer. Many of the recommendations have been
adopted by the agency and have improved organizational efficiency.

process control methods and software to improve the quality of services
provided by the Bureau of Driver Licensing, PENNDOT. Collaborated with
senior management in the conceptual design of this project resulting in
